DEFINITIONS:
Screenprinting
Screenprinting can be used for almost any type of apparel. The most popular items are tee-shirts, sweatshirts, and sweatpants.
A design is separated by color, and the resulting images are individually "burned" onto actual screens. The apparel is placed
under a screen, and one particular color of ink is squeegeed through the screen and adhered to the fabric. Then ink is then
dried by using a custom heater. If there are more colors that need to be applied, the process repeats itself again for each color.
Since each color is a separate set of work, we charge screenprinting by the number of colors, among other factors. Be sure to call us to get a quote

Embroidery
Embroidery is used best on only certain types of apparel. The most popular items are polo or knit shirts, jackets, and hats.
The process of embroidery decorates an item of apparel with a stitched design. We can create extremely detailed and multi-colored embroidered designs, so give us

Digital Print
Digital printing, also known as sublimation, is very much like screenprinting but uses different printing
methods. With the advent of digital cameras, we can now replicate full color photo-quality designs on any piece of apparel. There is no limit on colors, as the
method uses ink jet printers (much like ones for your home computer) to "spray" images onto apparel. The ink settles into the fabric, rather than sitting on
top of it, like the screenprinting method does. This process make it cost-effective for us to print only one-piece orders in full color print.
